DESTINADO A: Profesionales universitarios con titulo de grado habilitado en agrimensura, arquitectura, ingeniería en todas sus especialidades, informática y en ciencias de la geología, con incumbencia o alcance de títulos en tasaciones de bienes muebles e inmuebles y a los requisitos exigidos por los artículos números 42 y 43 de la ley de educación superior n° 24.521.
Los profesionales con título universitario de martillero y corredor inmobiliario alcanzados por los artículos 8 y 34 de las leyes n° 20.266 y n° 25.028, que además de informar sobre valores venales o de mercado de los bienes sujeto a remate o actos jurídicos de venta, desarrollan actividades comerciales relacionadas con los mismos, de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales en vigencia.
Los técnicos que según resoluciones del ministerio de educación tienen facultado el ejercicio de la tasación, sobre bienes limitados por su capacidad de construcción o fabricación.
